When we do not yet know what we need: connection, conversation and discernment while we work out the next part of the path together.
Not everyone arrives knowing what they are looking for. Sometimes someone knows exactly what they want. Sometimes they simply know that something is difficult. Sometimes Fresh Minds Education and the person need to sit together and work out what might help.
This is the space for connection, conversation and discernment when the way ahead is not yet clear. The lantern is lit from the hearth, from the warmth, care and belonging that remain present within HeartSpace, and carried alongside someone as they find their next step.
This may include an initial conversation, review, a Grief Assist, signposting, referral or discussion about more individualised support. This is not a level to progress through.
It is part of how HeartSpace cares for people: holding some light with them while together we work out what comes next.
