This engaging and informative suicide awareness talk explores stigmas, attitudes and taboos that continue to surround suicide, helping to foster a greater understanding of mental health and emotional distress.

Participants will gain insight into the factors that can contribute to a person’s vulnerability to suicide and learn how to recognise when someone may be experiencing emotional distress.
